We work as a support function for advisers of employment tribunal claimants.We may accept instructions directly from claimants.
How do you start?
Advisers – call 0208 732 4109 to set up your account with us, or email newaccount@formatic.co.uk, or use the registration page of this website.Alternatively, if you do not wish to set up an account but you are a law firm regulated by the SRA and named on The Law Society’s website, we will accept instructions on an ad hoc basis and invoice you for each job or group of jobs on a weekly basis (7 day credit terms). We require your email address.
Claimants – call 0208 732 4109. We will charge you £10 by credit/debit card over the phone.
Advisers and claimants – simply call 0208 732 4109 to give your details so that we can complete the ET1, provide any reference code (account-holders), give us the email address to send the form to and we will email the form out to you.
What we do not do
We do not give advice of any kind. We are an execution-only service.We do not submit ET1s to employment tribunals under any circumstances. You must not attempt to ask our operators to agree to this. You are not entitled to rely on any statement to any contrary effect.
